Special Education Director
Mrs. Alicia Arndt is originally from Hawaii but has worked in Phoenix, Yuma, and Flagstaff schools for over 20 years. She has a B.A. in Special Education from ASU, an M.A. in Educational Leadership from NAU, and an M.B.A. from University of Phoenix as well as her Principalship Certificate.
Ms. Arndt has worked as a high school Assistant Principal in Yuma, a Director of Special Services, and a Student Behavior Consultant. She is married with one daughter who just started her freshman year at Flagstaff High School. She also has two retired racing greyhounds that add another fun element to her family life. Mrs. Arndt has has many personal interests including Korean and Taiwanese teas, essential oils, hiking, camping, and volunteering. Being from Hawaii, she enjoys hula, Polynesian food, and Hawaiian music.
