Ms. Francis has a B.A. in Arts & Aesthetics from Bard College at Simon's Rock and an MFA in Interdisciplinary Art from Goddard College. She has taught in the arts and in interdisciplinary education, both as a profession and a passion. She connects deeply with the creative, imaginative, spiritual, and developmental aspects of Waldorf education.
Her passion since a young child has been in understanding the human condition and working to compassionately relate to others.
Ms. Francis excelled in Math in school and was able to go to college at 16 years old because of her academic achievements. She is also a certified trainer in Classroom Management & Differentiated Instruction,
She has 2 lovely daughters, one is now an alum of Pine Forest School while the other still attends. In her free time, she creates her own art, goes camping, and enjoys a variety of physical and outdoor activities.
